HHI was established as a boutique property investment company in order to amalgamate the resources of an experienced property development and investment team with over 20 years operating experience in the local property markets of Dorset and Hampshire.
Located on the Sandbanks peninsula in Poole, Dorset HHI is uniquely placed to identify, design, develop and onward sell a diverse range of property investments on behalf of its clients.
HHI retains a specific focus on high value residential developments on the south coast of Dorset and Hampshire in the United Kingdom, however the company is also considering investing in enterprising commercial and industrial opportunities in the same geographic area to add diversity and income returns to its portfolio.
