Our Approach
HHI is leveraging the management team’s track record and enduring success in the local markets and in doing so the company aims to add value to its developments throughout the commercial life of each of its projects.
Individual investments naturally vary however HHI will apply the following basic criteria ahead of selecting and developing a project:
- Invest in land in sought after locations utilising its extensive network of partners and industry connections to ensure competitive buying prices.
- Manage each project individually by retaining a specialist team of project managers to co-ordinate planning permissions, prepare design and construction criteria, co-ordinate tendering to approved construction companies and project management throughout the lifetime of the project.
Projects will vary in value with typical investments ranging between 1-5M GBP.
Depending on the complexity of the design and construction HHI will bring finished product to the market between 8-14 months, this will however vary depending construction and market conditions.
