Investment Opportunities

Harbour House Investments will raise funds totalling 12m GBP, which will achieve anticipated returns based on an effective annual rate of 15% over an initial three-year period resulting in a minimum return of 45% being achieved.

Returns will be accomplished by the onward sale of any development undertaken by HHI through a carefully selective process of purchasing land and property for redevelopment.

The final return over the life of the investment could be greater than those proposed depending on the final number of projects undertaken and returns from the sale of the completed projects.

HHI will issue bonds against all investments and the fund will be managed by a UK registered stockbroker. The broker will be responsible for ensuring full FSA compliance, due diligence and a fully auditable record of all activities undertaken by HHI.

HHI in house finance director will be responsible for maintaining a robust management reporting system for the purpose of informing investors of all associated activities.

Due to the nature of the projects, HHI offers an asset backed security mechanism, which will minimise risk.
